WARREN YOUTH FOOTBALL 2008 REGISTRATION

Happy New Year! Football registration is here for the 2008 WTYF Season.
Please review this letter carefully.


As of 3-15-08 all weight classes are full. Any additional registrations will be placed on a waiting list.


Registration Requirements, Forms, Fees, and Fundraising Players entering grades 1 through 8 in the 2008/2009 school year are eligible to participate in WTYF.


All players are weighed at registration to determine the appropriate playing level. If, for some unforeseen circumstance, your child is unable to be at any registration, a doctor’s note indicating the current weight will be accepted. Registration Fees Fees: $325.00 (registration – mandatory $50 Raffle Tickets = $275)


Raffle Tickets: This year when you pay your $325 registration fee, you will also receive a packet of 10 fundraising raffle tickets (total value of $50). The raffle tickets are yours to sell at $5 per ticket, or keep. The raffle tickets will be given to you at equipment hand-out 7/19/08

* 2008 WTYF Medical History Information Form and Consent Authorization
* Birth certificate. For all siblings and New Players, Please bring 1 copy of each player’s birth certificate.
* Personal check, cash, or certified check. 2008 WTYF fees are $325 per player. Please make checks payable to Warren Township Youth Football or WTYF.


Some financial assistance and scholarships are available to a small number of qualified candidates. Please contact a board member for information and application.
